Hello, my name is Megan, and I am passionate about spreading light and love in my community. I Love to Educate!

For the last 11.5 years, I have been an Educator for the YMCA, starting with Physical Education for school-age students in eight schools, where I taught many ways to be physically active. I love teaching my students, but I have been craving to return to teaching Yoga and Mind-Body Wellness for Adults. 

I created Believe Balance and Become as a platform to educate through avenues that I am passionate about:

  •   Yoga
  •   Essential Oils
  •   Mind and Body Wellness

Below are the classes that I am offering at Sisu Wellness.

Morning Flow
Yoga to wake up your body and mind. A fun flow for yogis of all levels.

Saturdays at 9:00 AM

High Intensity Flow
A high-intensity yoga circuit with 10- 12 stations to challenge your body and get your
heart rate up.

Tuesdays at 6:00 – 6:45 PM

Functional Flow
Yoga to work on increasing mobility and ease in movement during day-to-day work. 

Wednesdays at 6:00 – 6:45 PM
